1.What payment modes do you accept?

You can pay, Visa and Western Union wires. When paying through Western Union, transactions can be carried online. For payment through Bank Transfer, contact us and we will give you the necessary directions.

2. What do you mean by shipping guarantee?

By shipping guaranteed we mean that in case you don't receive your order within 25 days, we will be offering you one of the following options- Full refund, free-reshipment or account credit. The suitability of the option will be decided after consulting you and in accordance with our loss prevention guidelines.

3. How can I check my order status?

On this website, you can check your order status very easily. You need to log into your "MY ACCOUNT". There is a tab "Order History"; click on it and view the status history of your order. For more details, you can further click on "View Details".

4. What is the average duration by which I will get my order?

This may vary depending on your location and your order. It takes approximately 10-20 days from the date on which your order is processed. For specific details on your order, you will be required to contact customer service.
