Blood flow is responsible for erection in men. Blood flow increases because Megalis relax the blood vessels in your penis. You get sexually aroused due to the flow of blood in your penis. Megalis 20 contains the Tadalafil ingredient. Tadalafil belongs to the phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors group of medicines. This drug is used in managing pulmonary arterial hypertension as well.

You can use this medicine with or without food before 30 min to 1 hour as advised by the doctor. However, it has some side effects like dizziness, headache etc. Therefore, this medicine is not advised for women and men using other medicine.
